Find the conference with title “The 4th International Joint Conference on Nursing Science”.
Click IJCNS 2022 Submission button under the title and conference description.
Fill Submission form based on activities that you want to participate.
Type of Participant Oral: If you want to be presenter in oral presentation session Poster: If you want to present the poster Participant (No Present Paper): if you do not submit abstract/full paper, and only want to participate in webinar.
Simposia: fill the abstract theme of your submission
Topic: fill specific topic of your abstract that you submitted. (Read more: Focus and Scope)
Title: consist of abstract title that you submitted in English version
Abstract: berisi judul dari abstrak yang Anda submit dalam bahasa Inggris
Author: fill your name, email, dan author status (first author, corresponding author, atau co-author). Click +Author button to add co-Author
Abstract/ Fullpaper File: you can upload your Abstrak in this collumn. Make sure that abstract based on template from The 4th IJCNS. (Read more: Author Guideline)
Then open User Home, please click 1 Active in IJCNS 2022.
You can see the abstract status that you have submitted. The click registration number.
You can see the Summary of the submitted abstract. Several important components that you need to check are a. Status Abstract Submitted: new abstract has been submitted to IJCNS Abstract Accepted, Waiting for Full Paper Submission: abstract has been reviewed without revision Minor Revision: abstract has been reviewed with minor revision. Major Revision: abstract has been reviewed with major revision. Abstract Rejected: abstract has been reviewed and rejected.
b. Author(s): you can add new author.
c.Peer Review: consist of feedback and recommendations from reviewer
d. Editor Area: consist of feedback and recommendations and last decision from editor. If your abstract is successfully accepted after reviewed (Status: Abstract Accepted, Waiting for Full Paper Submission), you need to upload full paper file/ revised abstract/ poster/ supplementary file(s).
To upload full paper/ revised abstract/ poster/ supplementary file(s), you need to click upload file in summary.
After click Upload file, you can see Upload file page. In this page there will be:
File Category: choose file that you want to submit
File: upload file that you want to submit (make sure the type of document are doc./ docx./ rtf.)
Comment: fill the comments that you need to ask to editor.
After fill the form, click Submit.
